I look forward to helping you achieve your hair goals and providing an experience you’ll love. ⸻ 💖 Booking & Deposits A deposit is required to reserve every appointment. * Services under $80 require a $30 non-refundable deposit. * Services $80 and above, including maintenance appointments, require a $50 non-refundable deposit. Your deposit is paid through the booking website and is automatically applied toward your remaining balance. Accepted Payment Methods • Cash • Cash App • Zelle • Apple Pay • Tap to Pay ⸻ 📲 After You Book Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation text with: • Salon address • Remaining balance • Appointment reminders • Hair color confirmation (if applicable) • A consultation regarding any hair concerns such as thinning, alopecia, breakage, or length goals If you have any questions before your appointment, don’t hesitate to reach out. ⸻ 🧴 Hair Preparation Please arrive with your hair completely detangled. If your service includes a shampoo, your hair will be shampooed and blow-dried during your appointment. If your service does not include a shampoo, please arrive with clean, dry hair or add a shampoo service when booking. ⸻ 💇🏽 Hair Included Braiding hair is included with most braid services. Exceptions: * Faux Locs * Butterfly Locs *French Curls Clients are responsible for purchasing hair for these services. For Boho Knotless Braids, one bundle of curly human hair is included with your service. If you prefer a fuller or more voluminous boho look, additional bundles of curly human hair are available for purchase through Braids by Lovetta. ⸻ 🎨 Hair Color If your requested braiding hair color is available locally, there is no additional charge. Specialty colors may require an additional fee. ⸻ 🌿 Natural Locs Braiding over existing natural locs requires an additional $30 service fee due to the extra time required. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy Please respect your appointment time. • 5 minutes late — $5 late fee • 10 minutes late — $10 late fee • 15 minutes or more late — Your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable. If you’re unable to make your appointment, please contact me within 3 days of your missed appointment to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Failure to contact me within the 3-day grace period will result in your deposit being forfeited. If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full. ⸻ ⏳ Appointment Timing Please allow extra time for your appointment. Every service is customized, and quality work takes time. Appointment durations may vary depending on hair length, density, and the desired style. If you have another commitment or strict time constraints that prevent your service from being completed, your appointment may be canceled without a deposit refund. ⸻ 🚫 Service Changes Please book the service you intend to receive. Service or style changes cannot be guaranteed once your appointment has been booked. If a service is not listed on the booking website, it is currently unavailable. ⸻ 📸 Photos & Social Media Photos and videos may be taken after your appointment for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
